From 2 months to 2 hours

Before the implementation of the solution, opening a new store could take up to two months. The process was characterised by manual, bureaucratic, and fragmented workflows involving multiple departments, repeated validations, and numerous interdependencies. This scenario led to rework, inconsistency risks, and high resource consumption.

Innovation serving the business

With the adoption of the SAP BTP Business Technology Platform and SAP Build Process Automation (SAP iRPA), in a co-created model with Minsait, Vivo now operates an intelligent, fully automated, and standardised digital journey. As a result, opening a new store, previously a months-long process, is now completed in just two hours, with no manual effort and full integration across systems and teams.
