Technical and language tests

Technical tests to determine how you handle yourself under stress and if you are able to provide coherent solutions, as well as evaluating your level of English.This phase is only applicable to profiles with under 2 years of experience.

Knowledge and skills interviews

Resolution of a technological test (for technical profiles) or a business case (for consultancy profiles). The aim of these tests are to assess your problem-solving, analytical, global vision and creativity skills. These interviews are carried out by the team, so you can meet them and share opinions and experiences.

Interviews with Human Resources

Lastly, there will be a personal interview with the HR department so we can get to know each other better, learn about your concerns, motivations and synergies that bring us together to make us stronger.
