Achieve agility and speed in accessing documentation

Haya needed agility and speed in accessing documentation through the implementation of a robust and powerful Document Management System, such as OpenText, covering the entire lifecycle of the document—from its creation, metadata extraction, to making it available in business applications.

AI applied to documentation

The implementation of AI applied to documentation provides automatic document extraction based on metadata, summaries, and open-ended queries about the documentation, thereby streamlining processes. The chosen technological solution was OpenText, firstly because it is one of the leading tools on the market, and secondly due to its ease of automatic exchange of large volumes of documentation between financial entities, such as SAREB, which also used OpenText.

Improvement in document access

With this solution, Haya has improved access to documentation, successfully achieving 85% of automatic metadata extractions and 90% of classifications, optimizing its processes and enhancing decision-making efficiency regarding documentation.
