As digitalization progressed, Ecoembes faced a key technological challenge: improving the management and monitoring of its digital ecosystem.

The organization needed a solution that would provide full real-time visibility into its infrastructure and applications, enabling it to optimize performance, prevent issues before they affected users, and ensure the operational stability of its platforms.

Intelligent and automated monitoring

To address this challenge, Minsait provided Ecoembes with a solution based on Dynatrace, a SaaS platform using the DPS (Dynatrace Platform Subscription) model, which allows costs to be aligned with actual usage.

Implemented with Minsait’s expert support, Dynatrace delivers advanced and automated monitoring of the entire IT infrastructure, providing real-time insights into performance and potential anomalies.

This solution has enabled Ecoembes to detect incidents immediately and improve its response capabilities. Additionally, the tool has facilitated collaboration between IT and business teams through customizable dashboards featuring key metrics, trends, and predictive alerts.

Using artificial intelligence, Dynatrace analyzes behavior patterns, identifies anomalies, and anticipates potential failures before they impact systems, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and the user experience.

The implementation of Dynatrace has transformed Ecoembes’ digital management, improving problem resolution, predictive maintenance, and the stability of its technology platforms. Access to real-time data has accelerated decision-making, enabling the organization to adapt quickly to changes in the digital environment.
