Sergipe has recorded significant advances in public safety in recent years, driven by continuous investment and the adoption of technological solutions

In this context of modernisation, we developed Atalaya for the State of Sergipe, a system designed to integrate and speed up emergency response for the Public Security Secretariat (SSP-SE).

Innovation serving the business

Atalaya connects, in real time, the entire emergency services ecosystem, enabling vehicle monitoring and the registration and dispatch of incidents.

The system recognises both official place names and the nicknames commonly used by the population, identifies repeated incidents at the same address, and offers a mobile version for use in police vehicles. This facilitates communication and incident tracking by teams in the field, while also enabling real-time monitoring by the Integrated Public Security Operations Centre (CIOSP).

Tangible and sustainable impact

Since going live, the platform has already delivered a 30% increase in average monthly response capacity, shorter response times, and better optimisation of available resources.

The implementation of Atalaya in Sergipe represents a milestone in the modernisation of state public safety. Through this partnership between the Sergipe Public Security Secretariat and Minsait, it was possible to transform CIOSP into a more agile, connected, and efficient centre, with data-driven decisions and real-time response.
