Digital transformation of the commercial cycle of Agua de Puebla para Todos

Modernising management and improving the user experience of the water service

We supported Agua de Puebla para Todos in modernising its commercial and operational processes through the implementation of Onesait Utilities Customers, a cloud-based digital solution that optimises user service, reduces costs, and increases operational efficiency through mobile technologies, digital channels, and integrated systems.

The Agua de Puebla para Todos consortium supplies drinking water to nearly two million inhabitants in the city of Puebla and several municipalities in the state. Its responsibilities include providing public services for drinking water, drainage, sewerage, and sanitation.

Thanks to the technological solution developed by Minsait, Agua de Puebla para Todos was recognised by Aneas de México as one of the winners of the 2024 Innovation and Best Practices Awards

Efficient, user-centred water management

The organisation required a comprehensive technological solution to unify and automate its commercial cycle, from customer service to field operations. Agua de Puebla para Todos has embedded in its mission a firm commitment to service quality, which required state-of-the-art technology to automate processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the quality of public services.

A tailored product for integrating commercial and operational processes

To address the client’s challenge, we formed specialised multidisciplinary teams and implemented our customer management product, Onesait Utilities Customers, which included:

  • Automation of field work orders (installations, cut-offs, meter readings, reconnections, etc.)
  • Mobile applications to support task management on site
  • Support for digital channels: web self-service, mobile app, social media, WhatsApp, and others
