BBVA is evolving its data global platform to AWS cloud, to take advantage of all their analytical and AI capabilities. The new data platform will provide to the different units within the bank insights and information about the business and market, enhancing operational efficiency to deliver more innovative and secure solutions to their clients.

To carry out this project, BBVA has partnered with several collaborators, including Minsait, which has contributed to the strategy and execution of certain areas of data migration and processes from their current platform to the new AWS platform. Thus, BBVA and Minsait are furthering their relationship in the data and advanced analytics field.

The joint use of services such as Amazon ECR (Elastic Container Registry) and EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) allows you to deploy and manage your applications efficiently, ensuring smooth execution and adapting to scalability according to your requirements.

As part of its pursuit of excellence, continuous innovation and optimization, Adolfo Domínguez, in collaboration with Minsait, has implemented a solution based on Salesforce Service Cloud Voice for customer management of CRM and voice channels on a single platform. In this way, not only has its administration and evolution been simplified, but it has also made the customer service process more efficient, providing a 360o view of the customer and operational management to the business.

The implemented solution provides intelligent routing of voice interactions and features 3 Amazon Connect (Customer Care, Store Care and International Customer Care) with multi-language and multi-country capabilities.

Indra implements the In-Mova Traffic platform on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud to provide a centralized, more efficient, homogeneous and secure service in the eight traffic management centers, which will reduce hardware infrastructure costs and facilitate maintenance tasks. The company makes available to the project its extensive experience as a technological provider of SCADA-type systems and solutions for traffic and mobility management, supported, among others, by its presence in the DGT's traffic management centers during the last decades.

The project additionally contemplates a video streaming platform for viewing closed-circuit television (CCTV) video surveillance cameras, which allows third parties to be given access, as well as the recording and storage of video streams, which makes possible to consult and download the images. In addition, the Cloud Data Processing Center functionality will be provided for the services currently in production of the General Subdirectorate of Mobility and Technology Management.

Indra is already implementing the most advanced technology for public transport management in the new green and clean BRT vehicles of Brisbane Metro, Australia. It has been successfully tested in a pilot, implemented by Indra in a test environment in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud, in which different microservices have been deployed, allowing the core functionalities of the system to be validated with real data for the operator, the operation of all equipment on board the vehicles, as well as the integration with selected external systems.

The technological platform implemented has been based on Indra's In-Mova Transit solution that offers a global vision of the entire transportation ecosystem, in terms of service level (punctuality, regulation, quality or compliance) and the state of the infrastructure.
