Implementation of SAP Transportation Management

With the implementation of the SAP Transportation Management solution integrated with the ERP, Roca efficiently manages transport demand through advanced load cubicization. It has also optimized route planning by considering customer geolocation and receiving schedules. Additionally, it interacts in real time with its carriers via SAP’s collaborative platform, Business Network for Logistics, resulting in improved service levels.

Optimization and time reduction

The implementation of the advanced transport management solution has delivered the following direct benefits to Roca Group:
