Icatec: a regional digital transformation strategy

We deployed a comprehensive digital strategy that combines infrastructure, systems, and training to transform regional public management from the ground up

Ica is a region with strong economic potential and continuous development. This dynamism presents a strategic opportunity to modernise public services and close gaps through digitalisation. We supported the Regional Government of Ica in its effort to strengthen institutional management, with the aim of offering citizens services that are more agile, simple, and secure.

With ICATEC, Ica becomes the first region in the country to implement a comprehensive digital transformation of the public sector. This project reflects Minsait’s commitment to a more modern, closer, and people-centred public administration that improves quality of life

More agile, simple, and secure services

We supported the Regional Government of Ica in its effort to strengthen institutional management and offer citizens services that are more agile, simple, and secure.

Regional digital transformation

ICATEC is a megaproject that includes the construction of a new technology building and the modernisation of two existing installations. These infrastructures will host a next-generation data centre, digital platforms, and secure systems for key services such as healthcare, education, and transport.

In addition, the project includes training for more than 300 public sector employees, strengthening the regional government’s digital capabilities and directly benefiting its citizens.
