The Superintendence faced the structural challenge of ensuring that CDA operated with transparency and full traceability, avoiding irregular practices that could affect service quality and road safety. A new Control and Monitoring System (SICOV)

Minsait’s specialised public sector team led the development and implementation of the Control and Monitoring System (SICOV).
