SURA decided to renew its technology strategy and replace its traditional core with a modern, scalable, and fully integrated platform. The challenge was not only technological: it involved coordinating multiple areas, integrating 11 legacy systems, and ensuring uninterrupted operations throughout the transition.

The project required agile execution, strategic alignment, and deep understanding of the insurance business. Our team led the Discovery & Design process, identifying gaps, improvement opportunities, and critical integrations.
