Un año más hemos realizado nuestro encuentro anual Travel Summit 2024, considerado uno de los eventos más importantes para nuestro mercado, donde reunimos a directivos de las principales compañías aéreas, cadenas hoteleras y restaurantes para poner en común cómo la tecnología está mejorando sus posibilidades de negocio y diversificando las experiencias de sus clientes.
Tuvimos la oportunidad de compartir con los asistentes ocho ponencias de la mano de nuestros principales partners y una mesa redonda donde discutimos los impactos y los desafíos de la IA aplicado al sector del Turismo, junto con los directivos de MSC, GOL, TAP y RBI y con Emilio Mora, Director de Viajes, Hospitality, Restaurantes y Mercados Industriales Internacionales en Minsait como moderador.
Por último, los asistentes pudieron conocer en tiempo real nuestra oferta de Smart Industry a través de robots colaborativos desarrollados por DEUSER a Minsait Business, nuestra compañía de digitalización industrial. Estos robots estaban equipados con Visión Artificial para identificar personas y productos, además sus posibilidades de uso en el sector contemplan la gestión del inventario en los hoteles o en los almacenes de las aerolíneas.
