Manuel Delgado-Iribarren García-Campero

Lawyer of the Spanish Parliament

Lawyer of the Cortes Generales, he is currently Director of the Technical Secretariat of the Central Electoral Board and lawyer of the Joint Commission for the European Union.

He has taught as Professor of Constitutional and European Community Law at the CEU, at the Universidad Carlos III and at the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, in Madrid. Since 2017 he has been an Associate Professor of Constitutional Law at the Universidad Complutense.

Author of different publications on Community Law and Constitutional Law, among them he is co-author of the Electoral Code edited by La Ley (9th edition of 2019), director of the collective work on Comments on the Spanish electoral and referendum legislation (2014), co-author of the Comments on the Spanish Constitution directed by L. Cazorla (2018), of the collective work "España constitucional (1978-2018), directed by B. Pendás, or of the collective work "Europe as task", directed by E. Nasarre and F. Aldecoa (2018).

He has been a Professor at the International Institute of Human Rights in Strasbourg, an international consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and has participated in various masters, courses, conferences and international observation missions.
