For the Ministry of Technology and Communications of Colombia, in addition to implementing public policies that comply with the commitments of connectivity and digital entrepreneurship assumed by the Government of the nation, it is very important to enable meeting and participation spaces for all actors involved in the processes of innovation and entrepreneurship.

InspiraTIC 2020 was the virtual event that connected more than 20 thousand digital entrepreneurs of all ages and regions with national and international speakers in 4 different interactive sessions. Sophisticated and disruptive topics of the entrepreneurial world were discussed, through a live streaming and broadcast on social networks and regional channels.

The event was conceived as a space to facilitate conversations, talks, workshops, virtual stands and contests to connect all Colombians with the most representative businessmen and entrepreneurs of Latin America and the world, demonstrating that it is possible to undertake and turn your project into a success story with the support of MinTIC.

Each of the 4 digital events focused on different actors that are decisive in the success of digital entrepreneurship. It started on September 30 with the testimony of the entrepreneurs themselves, and the impulse from the Presidency of the Government, with the intervention of the President and the First Lady. The words of Minister Karen Abudinem served to inaugurate and extend the invitation to all Colombians, in all territories of the country, recognizing the efforts of the actors and introducing success stories such as Nubank, the largest digital bank in America, by its founder himself -David Vélez- Colombian entrepreneur who told the event attendees about his experience and shared his learnings.

For the second event, on October 15, dedicated to Investors, there were already insights obtained from the data corresponding to the opening session, once analyzed with the help of the Analytics team of Minsait, an Indra company. This analysis revealed the times with greatest audience, as well as the topics preferred by attendees and the characteristics of the most engaged users who spent more time in their sessions and visited the most varied resources offered on the event's website. The success of interventions such as that of Angela Guzman, an entrepreneur who attracted a large number of users (women) interested in her "courageous and forward-looking" experience, was no coincidence.

For the third event, on November 5, dedicated to Innovators, the management of the agenda allowed to concentrate in the moments of maximum audience the interventions of important references in innovation such as Freddy Vega -CEO of Platzi- who highlighted the importance of virtual education; as well as workshops such as the one led by Eugenio González, from Plug & Play, about the key points that an investor must have to prepare his investment rounds.

The fourth and last event was held on November 26 and was dedicated to Visionaries. It included the discussion "Women who transform" led by Laura Lopez with the participation of 3 visionaries such as Mayory Avila -General Manager of Movii-, Vicky Ricaurte -Founder of Arukay- and Carolina Correa -General Manager of Ibang-. The in-depth analysis of the data confirmed the interest of the users who, from the 1st day, were sharing their experiences throughout the 4 events on their social profiles, with very positive mentions of speakers and content of talks and discussions.

As a closure for the session and the 4 events, users and speakers were invited to share lessons learned and outstanding experiences of this first edition of InspiraTIC 2020, including a look at the territories where the main efforts of the scholarship programs and the promotion of entrepreneurship are directed to which MinTIC remains committed.
