Head of the Social Competence Unit of the Public Administrations market at Indra Minsait

With a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Vigo and a master's degree in business management, she currently heads the Social Competence Unit, from where she works on the design of the social services of the future thanks to her more than 12 years of experience in the digital transformation of the Administration, in the areas of Education, Health and Social Services.

It is necessary to move to a new paradigm based on proactivity and sustainability, through the application of innovative and disruptive technologies (biometric identification, process mining, robotic automation of processes, artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, sensor technology, virtual assistants, etc.) to improve care for the system's users who belong to the most fragile and vulnerable groups (people with dependency, disability, social exclusion or at risk of social exclusion, the elderly, victims of gender-based violence, and those in vulnerable groups). ) to improve care for users of the system who belong to the most fragile and vulnerable groups (dependent, disabled, socially excluded or at risk of social exclusion, elderly, victims of gender violence, unprotected and child abuse...), for whom speed of response, effectiveness and agility of procedures, universal accessibility and quality of care are vital factors.

Patricia is a member of Minsait's Innovation Committee, Product Committee and Offer Committee and is Knowledge Leader of the MKM practice, Citizen Services and Social Services.

Prior to joining Indra, she has worked in companies such as Andersen Consulting and BearingPoint.
