Pablo Sarrias Bandrés (Barcelona, 1972) has a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Barcelona and an MBA from the University of Barcelona and the Barcelona School of Business Administration.

He is currently Director of Technology in Minsait's Electoral Processes Unit. Pablo is an internationally recognized expert in the field of digital democracy, with numerous successful electoral projects around the world. He has more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry in Spain, Germany and the United States. Prior to his current position, Pablo has held CEO and COO positions in various companies in the sector, as well as management and technical positions in other large multinational companies such as Hewlett-Packard, Daimler or Amadeus. He has also been an advisor to NIST on e-voting security.
