Jose Luis Albo

Public Sector Director for Minsait's North Zone

José Luis Albo is a telecommunications engineer from the University of Vigo. With more than 30 years of experience, he has developed his career first in the Unión Fenosa group and since 2007 in the Indra Group.

He has always been involved in technology, initially in consulting and development work and later in business development in markets such as financial services, industry and consumption or public administrations. He is currently Director of Public Sector in Minsait's Northern Region, which includes the communities of Euskadi, Navarra, La Rioja, Cantabria, Asturias and Galicia.

In this position he has collaborated in recent years in the modernization and digitization of the regional and local public administrations of northern Spain.

José Luis is also currently vice-president of the Galician Telecommunications Technology Center, Gradiant.
