With more than 20 years of experience in consulting in the field of public sector, infrastructure and transport, in the last 15 years he has dedicated himself to designing and implementing programs for the modernization and transformation of public administrations, with special emphasis on the local level, in Spain and globally.

Inspired by the challenge of generating innovative and useful solutions to issues such as urban concentration, climate change, depopulation of the rural world, water and food shortages and economic and social inequality through new design and management models and the use of digital technologies.

He is responsible for Indra Minsait's global Smart Cities practice, where he leads the company's different solutions with the aim of providing an intelligent response to the challenges of current and future communities and territories
